The most comprehensive solution for cleaning trash cans, combining ease of use with effective cleaning and environmentally responsible waste disposal.

The WDS (Waste Disposal Systems) Demand Driven Wash Down with Can Wash System is designed to efficiently and effectively clean trash cans. Here’s a more detailed explanation of how it works:

  1. Spray Nozzle Design: The system features a spray nozzle designed to clean trash cans. This nozzle produces a powerful stream of water that can remove dirt, grime, and other residues from the can. The nozzle is adjustable for 30-60-90 and 120-degree spray patterns.
  2. Operation Process: Use of the system only requires inverting the trash can over the system grate.
    • Turn on the can wash tap and washing begins.
Opening the can wash tap signals the demand valve to send water down the drive line to open the diversion valve in the pit hydraulically. This will open the diversion valve and send all wash water to treatment.
    • When the can wash is finished, turn the can and the wash water off.
The diversion valve will close, sealing the treatment entrance from rainwater. Rainwater will fill in the pit and overflow out the stormwater outlet. The stormwater outlet is baffled to contain all free-floating contaminates in the pit until the next opening of the diversion valve.
  3. Wash Water Disposal: All wash water use on this pad will be directed to the diversion pit and directed to the diversion valve for treatment.
  4. Silt and Solids Containment: The Stainless Steel Silt and Solids Basket will capture and contain all silt and solids that are too big for discharge through our diversion valve. Silt and solids in the basket should be disposed of regularly.
  5. Advantages: The main advantages of the WDS Demand Driven Wash Down Systems are its efficiency and environmental friendliness. It makes cleaning trash cans much easier and quicker, while also ensuring that the waste water and solids are disposed of legally and responsibly.
  6. Applications: This system will be useful when cleaning trash cans is required. Hospitals, restaurants, fast food, labs, municipal, industrial, and hundreds of additional uses.
